Shipping Policy

At Arvo, we work to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders take 1-2 business days to be prepared and processed before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, we recommend checking that the pillow and its cover are in good condition. Memory foam may need a few hours out of the packaging to fully recover its shape. If you notice any problem, email us within the first few days after delivery and we'll sort it out.
